Justin has been programming for over 20 years. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Plattsburgh State University, he has focused on PHP, Flash/Actionscript and, more recently, Drupal. Justin was a professional photographer/graphic designer in the Air Force and for the NY Mets.

Susan has over ten years of programming, Search Engine Optimization and project management experience. Formerly a Web Project Manager for a Lake Tahoe ad agency, she is originally from New York City and graduated from Dartmouth College.

Remy brings both a background in fine art and a working knowledge of web programming (including HTML, CSS, jquery, PHP, and Drupal) to the McCormick & Winter team.  He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and a California native.

Kelly Conley is an award-winning designer with  12+ years of experience in design, branding and marketing. Her client list has included The Walt Disney Company, Robert Mondavi Wines, Yahoo! and PwC. Kelly is an instructor at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
